ERMESON VIEIRA

I am a visual artist based in Brussels.

I have started my carrieer by studying Documentary and Narrative Video at Tower Hamlets College in London in 2007.

After the complexion of the course I decided to carry on by studying Film and Video at the University of East London.

In 2011 I obtained my grade (BA) and my graduation film "Masked Ball" was considered the best film of our course at that year. 

In 2012 I moved to Belgium and here I have the opportunity to give two courses of filmmaking for teenagers with the support of the Brazilian Ministry of Exterior Affairs, the Consulate of Brazil in Belgium and the Cultural Center Piano Fabriek.

In 2014 I moved to Amsterdam to study a Master of Arts in Media Studies. In this opportunity I graduated with a thesis on Brazilian cinema identity in the postcolonial age in 2015 (MA). 

Intertwined with those studies and events I have done many works in video, film, photography and photo editing.
